I went through a quick, low-stress interview for an Account Executive role that emphasized retail readiness and schedule availability.

Application follow-up / scheduling — I applied online/through a posting, then got a call within a few days to set up an interview; some people recommended calling the store after applying to speed things up.
In-person interview with store manager — A short meeting where I answered basic questions about my work experience, what I can contribute, and customer service; I also discussed my career goals (temporary vs. future management plans) and whether I could handle a fast, high-volume store.
Availability & practical fit — They asked about my schedule and flexibility
