San Leandro, CAPosted Jun 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a faster, less traditional interview flow where I moved quickly into training and the sales floor, followed by straightforward expectations about policies and weekends.

In-person interview + immediate training — I was scheduled quickly and instead of a long Q&A, I watched training videos.
Same-day job immersion — Right after the training, I was put on the sales floor for an 8-hour shift.
Scenario/policy expectations (separate experience) — I also had an interview that covered general questions and scenarios, plus clear reminders about being available on weekends. Outcome: I didn’t report an offer; the takeaway was that they value immediate readiness and weekend availability more than lengthy conversation.
