Atlanta, GAPosted Sep 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a very straightforward, low-friction hiring flow for an Account Executive role, usually in under an hour and often with quick callbacks.

Application + paperwork — I applied online and, in some cases, had to complete paperwork before meeting in person.
Store manager interview — I sat with the store manager (often about 15–45 minutes) for a casual conversation about my background, availability, and why I wanted the role.
Availability + role fit check — Multiple rounds emphasized having an open schedule and being flexible with tasks; interviews often ended quickly once that was clear.
Tour / quick walkthrough — I was shown the store and introduced to employees, or walked through what day-to-day work looked
