Fresno, CAPosted May 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My Account Executive interview felt more middle-of-the-road in difficulty, with more emphasis on engagement (or the lack of it) during the conversation.

Single interview experience (manager-led) — I discussed expectations for the role with an interviewer who felt engaged and made me comfortable, helping me understand what the job would require.
Unfavorable variation — In another instance, the manager seemed rushed and inattentive, talking over me and coming across as rude, which made the interview feel less productive.

Outcome: One interview felt promising and easy to connect with, while the other left a sour impression due to the interviewer’s behavior.
