My process started with a brief conversation about my skills and what I wanted to do next.

After that, Prime IT gave me a simple test that included questions about Java.

Once the test was done, they called me with information about one project. The whole sequence felt straightforward enough that I could tell they were trying to place me quickly.

I didn’t receive a detailed offer in what I was told, and the notes I had were more about moving toward actual work. Still, I walked away thinking it looked like a good company to start with, mainly because the steps felt clear and the process progressed.
