Primeit Consultant interview experience

The experience felt straightforward and efficient from the start, like they were just trying to get a clean read on my background.

Most of the conversation focused on where I came from professionally, what experience I brought, and why I wanted to join Prime IT. There weren’t any dramatic twists—just a typical screening-style call centered on fit and motivation.

I didn’t end up receiving an offer, but I remember leaving with a clear understanding of what they were trying to learn. Overall, it felt organized and low-friction, even though it didn’t convert into a position for me.
