I got contacted through LinkedIn specifically to schedule an interview that would introduce me to the company’s projects and the open positions, and it was clearly described as without commitment.

The interview happened over Zoom with the camera off, and that made it feel even more casual.

The recruiter asked me to cite my CV in a general way, basically giving an overview rather than going deep into any specific technical territory. It felt less like a formal selection step and more like a conversation to share information.

I didn’t get an offer, and the overall experience matched the “no commitment” framing. Honestly, it was easy to attend and not stressful, but it didn’t translate into anything concrete for me afterward.
