The interview process felt very straight-forward, and the tone was surprisingly accommodating.

I hadn’t finished my academic degree yet, but they still showed interest, and the whole thing felt empathetic.

Prime IT came across like a happy-go-lucky environment that valued communication and soft skills. It also felt youthful, with everyone I encountered seeming young, which influenced the overall vibe I got.

I didn’t end up with an offer, but the experience itself felt easy and positive in how they treated my situation. The main reflection I left with was that it didn’t seem focused only on credentials—it leaned more toward interpersonal fit.
