My process lasted just a day.

It began with an online assessment that had two parts, and I learned that if someone failed the first section they wouldn’t move to the second. After passing both parts, I got interviewed within the same day.

The interviewer was very chill, which made the conversation feel relaxed and not like a stressful interrogation. Overall it was easy in tone, though the rest of the process felt like it also depended on luck if you were picked for hiring. I didn’t receive an offer, but the speed and the calm interviewer were what stuck with me most.
