I went through a structured process where the interview itself felt pretty light.

The HR contact was accommodating, and the overall system was explained in a way that made it feel manageable. I didn’t feel lost about what was happening or what the steps were supposed to accomplish.

The exam portion, though, was extensive—doable, but not short or effortless. What also stood out was that follow-up could be slow at times, so even when things were explained well, the pace between steps wasn’t always quick. I didn’t get an offer, but I understood the process enough to see that the decision was likely tied to performance on the longer exam rather than confusion about logistics.
