My process felt straightforward, but the timing around information delivery was a little hesitant—numbers weren’t shared immediately, and it took a bit for me to get clarity.

The people involved were kind throughout, which helped smooth out the uncertainty.

A bigger surprise was how many exams I had to go through before reaching the interview stage, so the pipeline felt long in terms of steps. The interview itself also ran late at night, which added fatigue even though the experience otherwise wasn’t unpleasant. Difficulty was average overall, and I didn’t receive an offer, but the kindness and the number of stages made the process feel more like a prolonged screening than a quick decision.
