Denver, COPosted Mar 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My loop started with three LeetCode-style coding interviews, then I went into system design and a behavioral round.

The coding part was genuinely hard, and what surprised me was that once I started each exercise, the interviewers didn’t offer much guidance if I got stuck.

I didn’t have access to any AI coding tools, which raised the pressure even more because I couldn’t rely on shortcuts. System design felt more average compared to the coding, but overall the difficulty level across the technical rounds didn’t leave much margin for error, and I was rejected.
