Instacart Software Engineer interview experience

After the onsite, I had to wait for a team match, and the timeline felt slow—over two weeks. The recruiter told me it was delayed, and they were framing team match as the gating step before anything like an offer.

So even though the onsite went well, I ended up spending a lot of time in that limbo stage with no final decision, and that wait was the hardest part to deal with.
