My experience was intense from start to finish, mostly because of the full-day format and how probing the questions were.

I went into a presentation followed by a long panel stretch, and even with breaks, the breaks didn’t really feel like downtime.

The questions were deep and built around critical thinking—how I would reason through unfamiliar problems, solve on the spot, and come up with clever approaches under time pressure. It wasn’t just about giving the right final answer; they pushed to understand my thinking process.

When it came to the panel meetings, I spoke to multiple panelists over the course of the day, and the last conversations included HR with more cultural questions and salary expectations.
