My interview journey felt pretty straightforward.

I started with an HR-style chat, then moved quickly into a conversation with the hiring manager. Each step was short—around half an hour—and the tone was approachable rather than formal or intimidating.

As the process continued, the final stage was a panel interview. In my experience there wasn’t a presentation to manage, and the overall feeling was that everyone was chill and friendly. The timeline was also compressed; I went through the key rounds within about a week.

I ended up receiving an offer, which was a relief because the process itself stayed positive and low-drama. Looking back,
