I barely got started.

I went through an HR-driven step where the recruiter arranged an interview, but I didn’t make it past that point. When I was rejected, there wasn’t any real explanation—no guidance on what was missing or why I wasn’t considered further.

It left me frustrated because the process felt like it moved to the interview stage without a clear reason to begin with. Overall it felt very opaque, and I never got the chance to speak with a hiring manager or to better understand how my background was being evaluated.
