Virginia Beach, VAPosted Jun 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I experienced two different HII rhythms—one stretched with delays and uncertainty, and another that moved over a few months with a cleaner offer moment.

Multi-interviewer process over time — I went through many touchpoints with different hiring managers after initial application steps.
Three-month loop to offer — I had an interview at the start of a window, then a callback in early January; I then received an offer matching.

Outcome: No offer in the first case, offer in the second; the takeaway is that timelines and outcomes varied widely even with similar resume-based questioning.
