Fairfax, VAPosted Jan 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through an easy, HR-to-hiring-manager-style conversation for the Software Engineer role, with mostly behavioral and high-level technical questions.

Zoom / hiring manager meeting — behavioral questions plus very high-level technical prompts; I got the sense they were mainly evaluating personality and how my resume translated to the role.
Hiring manager + staff meeting — about an hour with multiple employees and the hiring manager; we discussed resume experience and then covered a general rundown of what the position involves.

Outcome: No offer; I left feeling the interviewers were friendly and clear, but the decision didn’t go my way.
