I had an average difficulty multi-panel interview loop at HII that lasted about two hours, culminating in multiple systems and software conversations with leadership.

HR touchpoint — a short HR call (~10 minutes) to set context.
Panel round (3 segments of people) — a longer 2-hour interview with multiple interviewers including people from systems and software, plus senior managers; the structure indicated parallel evaluation across domains.

Outcome: No offer; the process felt fairly standard in coverage (systems, software, leadership) but didn’t convert.
