Norfolk, VAPosted Aug 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went into HII expecting a balanced interview, and it ended up centered on communication and teamwork plus targeted technical checks of what I’ve done.

Panel interview with leads/managers — mostly behavioral questions about team contributions and collaboration, alongside focused questions about C# and JavaScript skills.
Short technical conversation — a concise call emphasizing relevant engineering concepts and fundamental knowledge.

Outcome: No offer; the difficulty felt manageable and I could explain my work clearly, but it didn’t result in an offer.
