HII Cloud Engineer interview experience

• Multi-round panel process — the process included multiple interviews and resulted in very positive feedback from the panel.
• Intent-to-offer issued — I was formally given an intent-to-offer letter, strongly signaling I’d been selected based on my qualifications and performance.
• Offer rescinded shortly after — one to two days later, the offer was abruptly reversed because the customer decided not to proceed; I was told I was still well qualified.

Outcome: No offer; the takeaway is that even late-stage outcomes can be disrupted by customer-side decisions and transparency
