I hit a notably more technical, panel-style interview that felt harder than the more casual paths, with deeper coverage of programming and software engineering fundamentals.

HR intake + escort to engineering — I first met HR for benefits/general info, then was brought into the software development area.
Panel interview (programming + CS + SDLC) — A panel asked about specific programming experience (including C++ and Java), computer science topics like data structures and databases, and software engineering practices spanning design, development, testing, and tooling.
Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer in this experience; takeaway: the panel format raised the technical bar compared to the mostly behavioral conversations.
