I passed initial screening but lost momentum after a hiring manager round that felt procedural, with little post-rejection support.

Recruiter screen — The recruiter quickly set up the call, asked basic screening questions, and I passed.
Hiring manager interview — A ~1-hour round focused on predefined questions about my approach to work; I didn’t pass.
Limited feedback — My rejection email didn’t include the link to a feedback conversation, and my follow-up didn’t get answered. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway was that prompt, accessible feedback would have helped me understand the gap.
