I went through a longer Consultant interview path that included back-to-back behavioral rounds and a proctored case as part of the superday.

Round 1 (behavioral, back-to-back) — fit-focused interviews covering why FTI, why consulting, background, and walking through my resume.
Superday (behavioral + technical + case) — behavioral interviews again with more senior involvement, a technical interview tied to my practice area, and a proctored case study. Outcome: Not selected; the takeaway was that the proctored case and the practice-area technical were key differentiators.
