Los Angeles, CAPosted May 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for a Consultant role with a fairly standard sequence and a mix of leadership-style behavioral and business-focused technical questions.

Round 1 (leadership) — an interview with senior leadership that was split roughly half behavioral and half technical.
Superday — additional interviews in a superday format, continuing the same theme: business acumen, industry knowledge, and Excel-related questions. Outcome: I didn’t move forward; the takeaway was that the technical part skewed toward practical business and tools rather than deep engineering.
