I interviewed for a Consultant role where the core step was a set of short expert interviews that felt friendly and enjoyable.

Field-expert interviews — three 30-minute conversations with different experts in the specific area I chose, with a strong emphasis on fit and preparation.
Q&A expectation — I was encouraged to ask questions at the end, and the interviewers appreciated that I read the website beforehand. Outcome: Not selected (no offer mentioned); the takeaway was that being well-prepared and engaging in questions mattered.
