I went through an easier, case-and-financials-focused Consultant process with a friendly atmosphere and light-to-moderate difficulty over a short sequence.

Case study round — a data analysis exercise paired with questions about a case based on financial statements.
Behavioral + fit — questions like why the firm and why consulting, aimed at confirming motivation and communication.
Company/team intro — an introduction to the firm and employee teams, reinforcing that this felt conversational and collaborative. Outcome: Not selected; the takeaway was that preparation around the case materials and clear “why consulting” answers carried the day.
