I started a Consultant application process that involved video-based screening, but I didn’t reach live rounds, and the format felt somewhat automated.

Application + cover letter + video submission — cover letter was essential and there was a brief video submission stage.
Lengthy virtual interview stage (not reached) — I understand there was a longer virtual interview step, but I didn’t make it past earlier screening.
HireVue/AI sifting experience — I also felt that AI may have been used to review the video interview round, which was frustrating. Outcome: Not selected; the takeaway was that getting through the video/automated screening was a major hurdle early on.
