I interviewed for the Consultant role in a super-day format that combined teamwork, a long technical case, and multiple fit checks with senior interviewers.

Fit interview (Round 1) — a 1-hour interview with two consultants focused on match to the role.
Super day (Round 2) — a 30-minute teamwork exercise, a 90-minute technical case study, then a debrief with mid-level consultants and another fit+technical conversation with a senior partner.
Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, but the structure was clear: they assessed both how I collaborate and how I handle a substantial technical case.
