I interviewed for a Consultant role using an assessment-style flow: an async start, then repeated fit questions, and finally a mixed final round.

Asynchronous round — an initial set of video-style interviews focused on why FTI and why consulting.
Round 2 (live) — a 30-minute conversation that largely repeated the same questions and also probed my experience.
Final round — three 30-minute interviews covering fit, a technical component, and an overview discussion. Outcome: Not selected; the takeaway was that clear, consistent messaging across “why” and experience was expected at every stage.
