I interviewed for the Consultant role through rounds that leaned heavily on structured testing and quantitative reasoning, plus multiple senior interviews.

Assessment / tests — online tests and written questions, including a full-day assessment with numerical and verbal reasoning components.
Live virtual interview — an interview with a director walking through an accounting-type process.
Senior leadership interviews — follow-up interviews with multiple senior managing directors or similar senior panels. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer; the takeaway was that this track is test-heavy and demands comfort with structured quantitative work.
