Atlanta, GAPosted Nov 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for the Consultant role with a multi-round approach that included fit discussions and case work, ending in a panel-style final round.

Recruiter/screener call — initial screening with a recruiter.
Director phone interview — a longer phone interview with a senior management profile.
Final panel round — multiple back-to-back interviews with several directors.
Case-heavy rounds (parallel experience) — a process with two case rounds and a more relaxed “personal fit” coffee discussion alongside interviews across levels, with some results discussion in English. Outcome: I didn’t get the offer; the takeaway was that you should be ready for repeated case thinking plus sustained panel communication.
