I interviewed for the Consultant role and felt the professionalism varied, even when the structure was clear.

Video behavioral + case interview (separate experience) — a 15-minute behavioral portion followed by a case; the interviewer was late and picked up a phone call during the interview.
Phone interview canceled (separate experience) — my scheduled phone call was canceled shortly before it began. Outcome: No offer; the takeaway was that reliability and interviewer conduct noticeably impact the experience even when you’re prepared.
