I interviewed for the Consultant role with a generally fast process in one instance, but I also experienced a separate cancellation later that highlighted how quickly things can change.

Screening call — a short initial screening.
Virtual interview — a follow-up interview.
Offer timing — one version of the process moved quickly from first interview to an offer, within about two weeks.
Phone interview cancellation (separate experience) — my scheduled phone interview was canceled shortly before the meeting after they informed me they moved forward with another candidate. Outcome: Either way, I didn’t secure the offer; the takeaway is that timelines can be rapid but also abruptly change.
