I went through a multi-stage FTI interview path that started with screening, then moved into progressively tougher technical/modeling-style rounds and sometimes a super-day, with mixed communication afterward.

Recruiter call + screening — initial conversation about my background and alignment, followed by further rounds.
Technical/live coding or technical assessment — one interview included live Python coding plus job-description and resume-related technical questions.
Modeling / case preparation requirement — I heard about modeling exams that were difficult and required before an offer; interviews became progressively harder.
Super-day style in-person/Zoom — multiple shorter interviews clustered together, including teamwork exercises and debrief-style discussion.
