I interviewed for the FTI Consultant role in a relatively smooth, case-and-behavior heavy flow, but it ended without an offer.

Two back-to-back interviews — I did two live interviews back to back, each around 45 minutes.
Case work focus — The process leaned into tech-style casing, with casing and behavioral both important.
Final onsite/long interview block — Another similar path included an onsite around four hours with a written case and quant problems, which felt exhausting due to consecutive interviews. Outcome: I didn’t progress to an offer; the takeaway is that preparation for case/quant-style components mattered even when the tone felt smooth.
