I interviewed for a Consultant role with a more intensive assessment structure—online screening, case work, and final interviews with senior people.

Video / HireVue — a first round with behavioral and technical components tied to the relevant practice area.
Assessments and case study analysis — an online assessment and case study analysis step, including timed test-style components.
Team/partner evaluation — final interviews with senior consultants/partners to evaluate fit and expertise.
Case-heavy superday (one path) — back-to-back case discussions with a specific focus area, followed by behavioral. Outcome: Not selected; the takeaway was that case fluency and senior-level fit communication were both necessary.
