I interviewed for a Consultant role with an early video stage and repeated motivation/fit questions, then did not progress further.

Video-style interviews — I completed two rounds focused on motivation for the role and alignment of my background to the role.
HireVue time-limited prompts (format detail) — each prompt had a strict time window, so I needed to tell my story concisely.
Motivation-focused questions — “why FTI” and why I applied specifically, with deeper prompts about why the position and area. Outcome: Not selected; the takeaway was that consistency and brevity under timed video questions are crucial.
