Plano, TXPosted Apr 2018 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a quick, assessment-heavy flow that emphasized communication during group discussion, followed by online and technical evaluations; difficulty felt manageable overall.

Aptitude/written kickoff — the process began with a written test including aptitude.
Technical round — I had a technical evaluation step after the initial test.
Group discussion focus — in GD, I was expected to speak up clearly and demonstrate communication; the process felt unforgiving if you stayed quiet.
Online/profile-linked screening — after clearing earlier rounds, I moved into online and/or job-profile testing (including Java basics in the described format). Outcome: No offer; I left feeling that communication confidence mattered as much as basic Java.
