I saw a formal, attentive process early on, but it ended with an abrupt disappearance after multiple interviews.

Formal initial interview — A very structured and respectful conversation to evaluate my fit.
Two additional interviews — I went through two more interviews using the same evaluation metric.
Final step never materialized — Everyone agreed with the client included, but then nothing followed and the process effectively stopped. Outcome: No offer; the takeaway is that alignment doesn’t guarantee closure when the process suddenly stalls.
