I went through a technology-heavy screening that started with core Java questions and expanded into frameworks, databases, and scenario-style design, with an overall medium-to-difficult feel.

Telephonic/core skills screen — I was asked fundamentals of Java, then deeper Java topics like collections and threads.
Framework + database + scenario design — I moved into Spring and Hibernate, database-related questions, and scenario-based design where I explained approach rather than memorizing definitions.
Second/medium stage (video chat when applicable) — In one version of this journey, a later round covered Spring/Hibernate/web services via Skype video.
HR final — The end included an HR conversation covering the company structure and compensation/work
