I interviewed for a Software Engineer role with difficult difficulty that followed a clear three-step sequence and could take about a month.

HR + tech interview + client tech interview (three steps total) — the process combined job-description-related discussion, a technical interview for Experis, then a client technical interview.
HR interview — additional HR round as part of the overall set. Outcome: No offer; the timeline and the multi-stage nature made it challenging, and the client-dependent schedule sometimes extended beyond a month.
