I interviewed for a Software Engineer role that was described as average difficulty, with fairly standard questions and some salary/fit discussion.

Phone/Zoom setup then general discussion — I had regular recruiter-style questions covering personality and motivations.
Role fit and logistics — they asked why the company, salary expectations, and common pros/cons questions.
Additional lightweight steps — the process included typical interview elements with limited technical pressure described as easy to answer. Outcome: No offer; the interview questions were manageable, but I still didn’t advance and received no final result in one instance.
