I had an atypical client-facing setup where initial interviews felt brief and resume/behavior-focused, followed by a client location discussion.

Client-related face-to-face (time pass) — there was an in-person client-associated step that felt more like an introductory stage.
Client location interview — at the client site and/or later at a separate office, the interviewer asked questions based on my resume and observed my behavior and attitude. Outcome: No offer; the interviews were easy and resume/attitude-heavy, but I didn’t see enough to convert into a hire.
