BengaluruPosted Sep 2019 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through an interview sequence that I perceived as taking meaningful time but not always being transparent or respectful, and difficulty ranged from easy rounds to long, repetitive steps.

Written + face-to-face — I started with a written test and then two easier in-person interviews.
Mismatch in outcome/feedback — I later felt the process wasted time because rejection happened without detailed feedback.
Long waiting / repeated rounds — in another experience of the flow, I waited months and encountered multiple group discussions/technical rounds plus documentation and verification.
Perceived lack of job security — I also saw feedback that hiring decisions were fast (and could be reversed), reducing confidence in the role stability. Outcome: No offer;
