My process started with a very communication-leaning screen: I was asked to speak on something outside what I’d already listed on my resume.

It felt designed to test fluency and natural flow rather than technical recall, and they seemed to be filtering quickly based on how confident and clear I sounded.

After that, the later stages centered on core Java basics and some logical thinking. The tone throughout felt like they were checking the fundamentals end to end—communication first, then the technical base.

I didn’t get an offer, and what I learned from the experience was that the early fluency check mattered a lot; if I couldn’t come across clearly, the rest wouldn’t really get a fair chance.
