PunePosted Feb 2017 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for a Software Engineer role through Experis and had a smoother, offer-focused process that included a technical screen and HR, wrapping up quickly with onboarding steps.

Telephonic technical interview — I discussed my background and how it matched the role.
HR round — I covered fit and completed the HR process.
Offer + H1B processing/document submission — After the HR round, I received an offer, accepted it, and submitted documents for H1B processing; then I began getting client calls after stamping. Outcome: I accepted an offer and moved into the contract start plan after H1B processing; the takeaway was that once HR aligned, the process progressed fast.
