I experienced a recruiter-led process that stalled after I completed early rounds, with long delays and little communication.

HR call — I was contacted by HR for a role with one of their clients and we discussed the opportunity.
Second round — Another interview round took place, but after that I never received a response.
No-update follow-up — I followed up to ask for status; the recruiter didn’t reply. Outcome: No offer; the takeaway is that even after progressing through rounds, outcome communication could be inconsistent.
