My process stretched over about three weeks, and it was structured as elimination rounds across four separate stages.

The recruiter reached out initially to discuss the opening and then talk through my previous experience and expertise.

Because each round functioned like a checkpoint, I always felt like the next stage depended on doing well immediately rather than slowly warming up. It was a fairly long stretch compared to faster interview cycles, but the pacing felt deliberate.

What stood out most was how the process kept narrowing down. By the end, it felt like I’d been evaluated carefully at each step, even though I didn’t ultimately end up with an offer.
