My experience with EXL turned rough in the later interview stages, especially around how the interviewers communicated.

Early on, I had a structured flow where I introduced my current role and explained why I wanted a change. After that, they asked why I wanted to join and what I’d done in a TPRM context, and I noticed immediately that the tone wasn’t constructive.

In the next round, I interacted with someone higher up in the TPRM process, and the questioning escalated into a more confrontational style. Even when I asked about basic working hours and night-shift expectations, the response framed it as there being no fixed timing—expectations to extend the shift without extra pay, and no guaranteed end time
